Whole Grain Mustard Sauce
Recipe by: (Serves six)

Ingredients:
2 shallots, minced
2 cups red wine
4 cups DK Beef Stock
1 branch fresh thyme
¼ cup whole grain Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste


Method:
In a two-quart saucepot, combine the shallots and the red wine. Over medium-high heat, reduce to almost dry, then add the beef stock and the fresh thyme. Bring to a boil, then simmer and reduce by two-thirds, or until you have almost one and one half cups of sauce. Whisk in the mustard, season to taste, and serve with Steak or Pork chops.
